Futurice @ Nokia Developer Summit 2009
Futurice hit the road again at the Nokia Developer Summit which took place in sunny Monaco 28.-29.4. Futurice was invited to participate on Nokia's Calling All Innovations Hackathon competition. The idea was to make cool consumer widgets for the upcoming Nokia N97 at the event, just in 24hrs. Our star developer Henri Holopainen was pushing hard and without hardly any sleep he managed to pull the application together just 2 minutes before the deadline! That is Hackathon attitude at its best. So what was our service about? It is Paylo. An application that allows users to compare prices on the move. Picture you are at the department store, there's a stereo headset that you want but is it the right price? With Paylo you see easily what is the real price on the web.
